Mid Stay Housekeeping service (on guests ‘request)
£15.00 per day (discount for long stays available)
Additional fee dependant on damage (minimum £100.00 or deposit retained)
Failure to pay any additional charge within 14 days
£50.00 Administration fee
The full rental amount if cancelled within a set number of days of check-in (See Rental Agreement that was sent with original Confirmation)
£100.00 + the cost of replacing the key or deposit retained
Maintenance call out fee (Due to guest misuse)
Additional charge relevant to the type of call out
Late Check-out (Subject to availability)
Early check-in (Subject to availability)
